Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using QuantumChat (the "Service"), operated by MN Nutra LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

QuantumChat provides post-quantum, end-to-end encrypted video, messaging, file transfer, and a personal encrypted vault for businesses, professionals, and individuals — including regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, and finance. Access is currently provided to organizations and individuals on a waitlist.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for circumvention, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users.
Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, device, and recovery material.

4. Encryption & data responsibility

The Service is zero-knowledge: encryption keys and content reside on your devices. We cannot recover content or keys you lose. You are responsible for retaining recovery material where the Service provides it. Loss of all devices and recovery material may result in permanent loss of access to encrypted content.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta features may change.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, MN Nutra LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
